It was a way of life ….the only way.
Farmers, blacksmiths, saddlers, and business-building risk takers of all kinds built for both their current and their future generations. They knew their source of provision and they intentionally built generational wealth in many various forms to pave the way, to bear good fruit, and lay strong foundations for future generations. They built from a heart of humility, gratitude, hard work, vision, and helping hands and lessons learned from their community. For most, it was second nature for them to return the favor.
Our communities have expanded with highly-skilled employees, teams, technology, access, data, geographical reach, and fractional partnering for bandwidth and expertise. Meanwhile, the core values, vision, and commitment remain in place as the very fabric of the most successful and well run organizations. The same goes for the employees, families, and community who all work together to build value …to bear much fruit …of all kinds …for each unique purpose along the way.
